We loved our stay at the Garth.

We loved our stay at the Garth. House is so cosy, like home from home. A large house with lots of character. Everything we needed was available, loved the echo in each room. The large relaxing bath in the ensuite was super.Our 2 sausage dogs loved the space in the house and the outside space was perfect space for them.At night, a walk across the road to the rugby club was perfect. Very comfortable place and dog friendly.Ideally based to walk into town through the shortcut through Murrayfield gardens, about 20 minutes.The whitehouse pub does great Sunday roasts and has naughty corners you can sit in with nervous dogs which was ideal.A trip to Goathland and the Abbey are absolute musts.A wonderful stay and we will definately be back. Owner contactable if needed and very friendly and helpful.
