“Excellent and scenic location and first class facilities. Staff was helpful. Margaret was very helpful and welcoming. She is a conscientious worker and courteous. I enjyoued talking to her. Pam helped us to celebrate our family reunion on her own initiative. She exuded warmth and we felt welcome there. Vivian Shaw was also very helpful during our contract talks and kept in touch with me, which is an example of professionalism and promptness. We would like to come back to your place in the near……

“It has a good location but it is noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms lack any sound insulation and you can hear everything in the hands and the rooms next to and above you. Three parking lot has really bright lights that light up the rooms at night, making it hard to sleep. The staff is not nice if you used expedia instead of biking directly with them. The breakfast area is dirty.”

“Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early.……

“Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate.”

“Rented a ton for family that were visiting. They were pleased and slept well with the comfy pillows. The eagles were yummy!”
