"The room was nice but we couldn't watch any TV we could only find 4 channels and the TV kept cutting out freezing then it would go black and say currently unavailable. Then in the bathroom I took a shower and got some water on the floor went to while up the floor with a towel and the amount of dirt I wiped up was bad. But the beds were really comfortable, we slept good. "

While the Hotels.com AI was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with regarding my issue (it was a nightmare), the hotel manager was extremely helpful and the mission was accomplished. The hotel was very clean, we had a restful stay, and the folks working there were very kind. "

"Staff was not friendly. They talk rude to you. I stay at hotels all the time for work and never have I been told that if you have someone come over to your room you will be kicked out. People live at hotel. Beds are cheap framed beds. But for the money you get what you pay for. Won’t stay again."
