「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. And most importantly, the island itself is just so unreal. Every spot you go, every activities you...

「Beautiful, relaxing idyllic stay. Food was good. Staff were lovely. Pool was nice. Loved the setting and nature. The hammocks were a nice touch. Lots of activities. Bush walks were fun. Bedding etc was very clean. Room 15 was very musty so had to keep aircon on at all times. 」

「由落機的機場接送到櫃台check-in, 全程職員跟進，行李有人打點，check-in 後有哥爾夫球車送你到獨立小屋門前，超服務貼心。 小屋環境清幽，雖然下面便是主街，但有種遠離煩囂的感覺。 島上住宿一般是早上10:00 退房，自助早餐也是早上10:30 完結，正當我們苦惱，究竟先要退房還是先吃早餐，（因為退房和訂了自助早餐的餐廳有一段距離呢）於是打到前台一問，能不能吃完早餐才回房間拿行李再退房，意想不到的服務要出現，職員說:即管去享受早餐，行李放在房間，會有專人過來幫你拿行李到大堂，食完早餐後才前往櫃台交還門匙。 那刻有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務一流好貼心 。 PS 記得自備牙膏牙刷^_^」

「是公寓式酒店。平时只有收垃圾。洗衣做饭非常方便，用品应有尽有！窗外景色优美。岛上超市小贵。只给了一部电动车，只能坐四个人。」
