"Amazing place in the heart of Dublin! All the staff were happy and eager to help out!!"

"I stayed here as my flight was 9 hours late, the last bus had left and the airport hotels were full. It was close to 11.30pm when I arrived. I asked the receptionist if he could give me some toothpaste (as it was the one toiletry item I didn’t have). He had no stocks and he referred me to the vending machines. The ones I found only had beverages and snacks. When I went to my room I discovered it didn’t have a usb port and my phone needed to be charged. I asked the receptionist if I could borrow an adaptor (I only had my Italian one). He was extremely reluctant to lend me one and I really had to grovel. He did eventually give me one. I appreciated the complementary water. This is not the best hotel to stay in when you are stranded like I was. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He made no allowances for my situation. While I am Irish - I think this customer service doesn’t reflect well on the so called Irish welcome ! I paid €182.25 for a few hours (left at 8.10am). While the room was fine, the whole experience was disappointing. "

"Great stay from start to finish. Staff are attentive, evening meal was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic a lot of choice and served til 10.30. Cocktails are wonderful too. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely return"

"Perfect hotel in a nice area outside of the city centre. The bus stop was conveniently right outside. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was nice and peaceful. Pretty cheap for how nice it was. "
