Perfect Snowbird Home!
We loved the location and layout of this property. Close to the Brownwood Paddock Square and grocery stores and restaurants. The open layout of the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!

The house was a perfect size. The dogs loved the fenced in yard, the neighbors were wonderful & we were close to everything. Would love to stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to golf and activities. Very close to Brownwood and the farmers market on Saturdays. Home very clean.
