「I had such a nice stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were shared, but I didn't see anyone else during my stay. The location is excellent. Portable AC was appreciated since my room was on the top floor. Tim clearly has put in a lot of effort to make clear signage so all spaces could be clean and comfy for all guests.」

「We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. 「Everything was “magical” during my stay here. My only complaint was the water pressure was so low, and the shower liners kind of crowd you when you’re showering in the claw tub. Other than that, it was great and 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. The lighting at night with the chandeliers while reading was my favorite. 」

「Chrysalis was very accessible and responded to texts very promptly and was very helpful during our stay.We loved her little Casita and have marked it for our next day in Portland. I would stay here again and again. Beds were super comfortable and this little home was spotless and had every amenity we needed.Great neighborhood. 」

「Great place to stay for a quick getaway! The garden is beautiful, and when the breeze blew, the trees swayed and the sound of nature was relaxing. It was a safe neighborhood with so many places to walk to close by. 」

「Large nicely furnished space with a kitchenette. Very comfortable and very accommodating host. We were attending an event at Lewis and Clark and was less than a ten minute drive. Five minute drive from old town Lake Oswego and easy into downtown Portland. Would highly recommend. 」

「What a wonderful place. The cottage is adorable and the beautiful yard and flowers added to the peace and quiet! The hosts live on the property and were so welcoming. Don’t worry, they are only there if you need them. The place was spotless and so charming. We loved walking the country streets and especially loved that there are two large fields nearby to exercise our dogs! Thank you for a great stay April! 」

「Clean, cute & cozy…the Alberta Nest was a perfect fit for hubby and I, for two nights, in our favorite Portland neighborhood. The Nest was spotless, with coffee, snacks and a washer/dryer. 「I want to tell everyone to stay here and I want to keep this treasure a secret so that it is available the next time I'm in the Portland area. It is that good. You have got to do the escape room! It is professional quality. So cool!」

「What lovely hosts and a cozy space. I am late getting to review this space, but the hosts are so great, they deserve it. Good communication via the app. Cozy bed, great TV setup, a hot tub with clear use instructions. The hosts were gracious about providing privacy for hot tub use, and made everything so easy! 「This place is better than I saw in the photos and the photos are really good. Quiet end of the lake with ducks, geese, herons, all showing up on deck everyday! All the lake equipment to use at my disposal and floaty to take my food and drinks in a cooler that floats behind kayak.. Jen was a very onsite hostess. I had everything I needed for an amazing week.. looking forward to a fall or next summer visit again! 」
