「Clean, comfortable and kitchen was perfect for a beach property. Check in with super easy anything you needed Gretchen and Jacob were right there to provide for you.」

「We couldn't have found a better place to stay for our long weekend at Lake Erie/Cedar Point. Perfect home-base for easy exploration of the area and visits to the beach -- we spent a little time at the private neighborhood beach, which was very easy to walk to, as well as a local public beach. Cedar Point was easy to access as well. The house itself was lovely and well-stocked. We found everything we needed and were quite comfortable. 」

「The place is stunning. New, modern, very nicely decorated. Wonderful view from the balcony. Communication was easy as was the access to the apartment. 」

「House was set up fantastic. The two master bedrooms were perfect for hosting multiple families. The garage was fully equipped with bikes and beach toys to enjoy during stay. Best quality of the house was the location on the shore of Lake Erie. 」

「We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - just a block from the water and five miles from Cedar Point. Also close to Rt 2 for easy driving to Marblehead, etc. Inside, stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The owners have done a nice job with a remodel of an older home. On the down side, I wasn't 100% crazy about the exterior or the neighborhood - both were just a tiny bit on the worn/shabby side - but we felt safe.」

「As rentals go, we found this place to be well above average. For the most part it was well-stocked compared to other rentals we have experienced. It even had large pots, skillets and bowls to serve a family group of 7. It was clean and as advertised. The negatives were the very late access information provided (which came past the check-in time), the lack of cutlery, and the VERY wobbly bunkbeds which we found unsafe. 「Stay was good we had a problem with Vrbo and the website unable to open messages from my host stii waiting for a call back its been 7days and nuthing! Thankfully our host Amy was great helping us and was able to send us all our info we needed. House was nice the only problem was it said it slept 9 but if we wouldnt of brought 2 air mattresses,」
