“From the start of the reservation it was awesome. Property owners were very quick to answer all emails. Property was beautiful, very clean and everything they said that was to be in there was in there. Condo was within a 15 minute walk to town. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
