"Upon arriving we could not get ahold of the property management company, we had requested an early entry at noon so we ended up just driving there since I had the code anyways. We were the first to stay so I didn’t think it would be a problem. Well it was, upon multiple messages and emergency calls to “management”, we finally just hung out at the winery nearby to kill time meanwhile my food was sitting in the cooler. When we finally got a call back hours later we were told the code was activated. Well it wasn’t. So we called back with barely a cell signal and were given a different code to get the key out of the lockbox. Upon entering it was clear the views in the listing were disingenuous. House was clean. Dusty but clean. My son ended up having terrible allergies there, either from the dust or the bed linens. The beds are NOT queens. They are a full size which is a far cry from a queen, had I known that I would have swiped right on by this property. I slept on the pullout which was in the living room, not ideal. The pin ball machine needed quarters as well, might want to note that in your listing. It was so off putting to not be able to reach anyone. They didn’t leave many towels, or dish pods, although the kitchen was well stocked with things that were pleasant surprises. The fan hood on the stove also doesn’t work. The lake is quite arid that was a surprise but the boys still managed to have fun. Would not recommend this property and certainly not its management team! "
