The condo was even more beautiful and accessible than I thought it would be by the pictures. While the owner of the properties (Grand Traverse Resort) no longer allows use of fireplaces, and that was a big reason I chose this spot, folks at True North were responsive in hearing my disappointment. Everything was very clean, spacious and relaxing. Great location. Easy to get to wineries, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely rent from this company and at this location again.

I loved the place! My only issue was I left my hair dryer and brush and was given directions on where to pick it up. Was told at the desk they do not deal with lost and found. I never did get my items.
