“Being in a cellular dead zone, the Hotel should have a robust WiFi system, but it does not. The only location that you could adequately connect was in the breakfast area downstairs during the breakfast hours. The Hotel now has a policy in which they do not clean rooms or provide clean towels unless you are staying more than three nights. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. But what I really had an issue……

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for……
