“Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because……

“We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms. “1.The property had not been cleaned. 2. Bed was stripped with dirty linen piled in the middle. 3. Dirty wet towels piled on the floor near the bathroom. 4. Leftover food was left in the refrigerator from a previous occupant. I had notified the host about the unsatisfactory condition, and he said he would send someone over to clean it. I waited 1 hour, and no one came. I called the host again and told him I was not staying at the property and that I wanted my money back. He said he would have to……

“This house was excellent. Very very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. No issues with booking or check in. It is convenient to the square and Sun City. Good communication from host. Recommended for travel to GTown if you need a home base.”
