「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience with the front desk staff was extremely disappointing. It wasn’t just one employee—all of the staff we interacted with were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service.
We arrived early and asked if an early check-in was possible. We understood that it might not be guaranteed, but no one made any effort to provide updates on when our room might be ready. Instead, we were repeatedly told there...

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
