「The customer service level of the staff was outstanding. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had two small dogs and the staff made them feel welcome as well by providing treats for them at check. Many shops, bars and cafes are only a short walk. Fantastic beach and live music at the Tiki Hut. We will definitely stay again. 」

「The River Street Inn was an excellent stay for a girls getaway.It was beautiful The staff was friendly and courteous in every wayThey gave us all the towels we wanted and accommodated us with an extra bed. It was near everything and they gave us discounts to restaurants & the trolly .The view was beautiful. Highly recommend . 」

「It was very decent for the price room was very clean we had no issues and they cleaned/refreshed linens room while we were out and about wasn’t expecting that with most hotels big on carbon footprint reductions convenient location 20 mins to Hilton Head Island and 10 mins Savannah GA would definitely stay again 」

「We recently enjoyed a kid-free anniversary getaway at the Omni Hilton Head, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The adult-only pool was serene and relaxing, and having direct access to the beach made it easy to soak up the sun and unwind. We especially loved the cozy fire pits in the evenings and the variety of bars and restaurants on-site—each one offered great service and delicious options. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive....
