「This guest house is as advertised. In a fairly quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Access was simple and problem free. The unit was clean and comfortable.Felt secure and safe.There is virtually no outside yard to speak of, however, it suited my purpose perfectly. A place to sleep and regroup after multiple long days in meetings at Anaheim Convention Center.Would definitely consider booking this guest house again.」

「We are three close friends that live in different parts of the world, that get together once a year.  Normally we visit one another’s homes, but this year, for various reasons, we decided converging in LA was a better option.  We actually had planned our trip for a month prior, but had to cancel our VRBO (different city), because one of us lost their father suddenly.  That place was not available for our rescheduled time, so we found Hello Sunshine on short notice - and we honestly believe it...

「We had a very nice stay. I expected the home to be loud considering the airport but I only heard a plane once and it was hardly noticable. We had a small inconvenience of a heating issue during our stay but the host was very quick to respond and address the issue. Unforeseeable things happen. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this place.」

「Myself and 7 friends stayed at this amazing place early December for our annual Disneyland trip. The location was so convenient to get to and from SNA airport and the parks. There were also some awesome restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. Jimmy and Carolyn were amazing hosts and checked in multiple times before, during and after our trip to make sure everything was going well. I would (and hopefully will!) absolutely rebook their place for our next trip! 10/10...
