“Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. ”

“This condo was exactly as described & pictured as far as the inside was concerned. It is a VERY clean, well-maintained & spacious rental. My husband & I enjoyed our week's stay in it very much! Ms Deborah was very prompt in communicating w/me & always responsive. Now, w/that said, the only "issue" that we had, & this is of course, OUR opinion & may or may not concern other renters, is that the patio area is not private. You & the neighbor next door each have your own patio area, but there is no……
