「We managed through staying at this property OK. No broom, vacuum or mop for us to help keep the property tidy during a 5-day stay was provided.No dishwasher, so you need to hand wash dishes, but no sink plug or dish drying cloth provided.The property is dated.We were able to walk, we are in fairly good physical condition, to the River Walk and The Alamo. Will want to have Google, Apple or Wave on your phone to find these sites.」

「This was our first time booking with Verbo instead of our usual air b&b. My husband booked our stay for Tuesday through Friday for our anniversary. Check in is at 4pm, property manager showed up at 7 to unlock the property, he kept insisting that our stay was to start on Friday. We received a mold bottle of red wine for our inconvenience. Upon entering my husband stated that it looks like a party had occurred recently, the backyard was filled with trash & clutter, we had to wait for the manager...

「Home is decent but area is not the greatest. Cleaning people did a very poor job. Found dirty towels and a very nasty crusty rag in the shower with a bunch of bars of soap with hair on them. Don't walk around bare footed broken glass all in the yard. Multiple door hands broken. The hot water never got hot.」

「Thank you, Owner, for the Welcome Gift!Great place for the 18 family members. Rooms were all exceptionally nice for our needs. Spent most of our time in the kitchen, Dining Room and front living areas...just the way we are! The teens loved the top floor. Kitchen had all the supplies that we needed for our cooking times. Plenty of towels, bath/shower supplies and clean inside the house. Wish that we could have spent more time outside but, we had a very hot weather week. We weren't able to eat...
