"Arrived late evening just in time for delicious meal of fresh salad starter followed by beef stroganoff, excellently presented, served, and was delicious. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and early morning shower was the best power shower I've experienced, an excellent start to the day, followed by an well presented and deliciously cooked full English breakfast. Couldn't ask for more!!"

"Stayed for one night in the most beautiful of rooms. The mattress and pillows were perfect. Food was excellent and the staff were exceptional. I only have one bugbear, I couldn’t sleep because of the vibrating, droning sound which I think was coming from below my room, that stopped finally around 2am. But that being said I still can’t wait to return. "

"Room was lovely however, water pressure wasn't great and it took ages to fill the bath in the room we were in. The breakfast options were a bit lax, no congenital options and if you're not a fan of eggs then menu is a bit limited. Otherwise location is fab, really short walk to and from the city centre and the hill on the way back really isn't that bad. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and welcoming, room was spotless and very clean. All in all we would come back. "

"The staff were all really friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. The parking (albeit a bit tight to get into) was easy and really secure. The bar and restaurant were both lovely and the food was of a good standard. Negatives: Our room (above the bar) was noisy both from the bar and from the busy road. Secondary glazing has been fitted which must help a bit. The street lights flooded the room all night ... perhaps black out blinds might be worth considering? The room was...

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. Naomi and Darren were so helpful too and helped resolve minor issue we had. We ordered food from the farm shop and the...

"We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there."

"We stayed at Hinton Lodge whilst visiting family and it made the perfect base. Everything was comfortable, clean and as described. Due to a last minute family emergency Clea was incredibly accommodating to some late minute changes, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay if visiting the area."
