Biskey Howe Central - free access to pool and gym
Traditional Lakeland stone build in the heart of Bowness within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and all other amenities. There is also a short walk on your door step taking you to Biskey Howe view point which is a great way to see how good the views and and scenery are in the area. You will also have FREE access to a Health club with a swimming pool, Large spa, Roman sauna, fragranced steam room and solarium.
5 Biksey Howe is a 2 bedroomed house (double bed and a single bed) with a shower room and open plan living room and kitchen. A perfect base to enjoy what Windermere has to offer for all types of travels, want to enjoy enjoy the fells and lakes or the shops, food and drink.
The property has super fast Wifi, Smart TV and comfortable and stylish sofas. With plenty of room (more then the pictures portray) the kitchen is fully equipped if you are walking to eat in.
You have access to everything in the property.
We are close to Lake Windermere, where you can feed the duck, take boat trips and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
TRANSPORT
•If you are traveling by CAR there is free on road parking to the road in front and 200 yards around the corner.
• By TRAIN our local station is Windermere train station and we are just over a mile down the hill. Easy to walk or get a taxi/bus to.
• BUS there are plenty of bus tour to take which take you to many of the villages around the Lakes
• BOAT there are self hire boats and boat trips available to enjoy on Lake Windermere well worth doing

This is a lovely little clean, welcoming dog friendly cottage right near the main shopping area of Bowness on Windermere . Our host answered all of my questions in a timely manner and gave easy to follow instructions, the cottage does not have a designated parking area however I found it relatively easy to find a spot on the street. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

Great place to stay
Stayed for 1 night end of December really close to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are and only about 15 mins walk to lake front. Definitely recommend
