“This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive……

At first, I was hesitant on booking a tiny home coming from a 3,200sqft house but we found the layout functional and actually cozy with good amounts of space.I would recommend the place along with the property management team who ensured all communications were answered quickly and thoroughly!Would stay here again!”

“Beautiful unit and surrounding resort. Clean and luxurious. We loved the glassed-in balcony overlooking the pool, palm trees, and ocean. Perhaps quite a few parts of the unit could use some maintenance, repair, or replacement. For example: the HVAC closet door was in bad shape and not closing properly; the towel/toilet paper holders had silver and gold parts, the latter of which were showing rust/wear/fading, unlike the better-quality shower components whose silver and gold parts still looked……

“The view alone was worth the booking. It was exactly what we were looking for. A place to sit, have coffee and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. I had forgotten there was a 1/2 bath so that was a very pleasant surprise when we got there. Communication with our host was excellent and timely. We would definitely book again! ”
