"The place is new. Very clean but the pillows didn't smell clean. The thing I didn't like was they were charging $5 dollars every night to park at the hotel."

"Has a wonderful time at this unique getaway. Host was great and very proactive. It is rustic, but overall very comfortable with a kitchenette and small balcony porch. Pro is that it is close to the river, downtown and historic Gruene district. Con is that it is also close to what appears to be an industrial machinery/boat dumping site. Pro is that it is unique and cozy with great indoor climate control. Con is that the upstairs bed sleeps more like a futon than a "real" mattress. That said, we would definitely stay here again - hopefully when it is warm enough to get in the pool that looks lovely!"

"Great clean house, slept our family perfectly. Water front area was lovely and we really enjoyed the lily pad for hanging out in the lake. Great location to Geronimo Oaks Wedding Venue and New Braunfels. Fully fenced yard great for the dogs. Host quickly answered questions."
