Excellent stay at Stable House in Windsor. The hosts provided great communication and the property was in a wonderful location, easy walking accessibility to town and tourist spots alike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was traveling for three weeks for business and the Stable House was such a perfect home base - you really can't beat the location if you're looking for something in the area. It was clean, well maintained, and on a quiet side street but still minutes (literally just a few hundred feet) to good food and drink. And of course, only a few minutes walk to the Castle and the Windsor side of the river (only about a five minute walk to the castle).

Great Town House, Superb Location

The Stable House is fab. Situated 2 minutes from the Eton/Windsor Bridge, and with views of the river and the Boatman restaurant on the other side of the river. Great location, very clean, very well appointed. Bonus toilet and sink in one of the bedrooms!! Lovely shower, lots of appliances in the kitchen. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect place to stay.

Great place to stay for the weekend for a family with two small children. Walking distance to the castle and most restaurants in town. Clean, comfortable and warm .

Stilig leilighet - fantastisk beliggenhet

Vi var en familie på 2 voksne og 2 tenåringer som besøkte Windsor & Eton i to dager. Stable House var et kjempefint sted å bo. Leiligheten er helt strøken og den ligger koselig til i sentrum, like ved elven og 5 min fra Windsor Castle og Eton College. Dobbeltsengen på det ene soverommet var litt smalt og det ble litt for trangt for tenåringene...

The property is close to everything, it made sightseeing easy with two children and a baby in tow. Great views of the river was icing on the cake. Would not hesitate to return.

Windsor visit

The apartment location is ideal to experience best of Windsor. It is right off the main street and a 2 min walking distance from the bridge with a river view and partial view to the castle. It is in perfect condition, very clean and comfortable. The street is very quiet next to a lot of restaurants and shops. You can walk to the Windsor castle and to Eton college. I would certainly stay again and highly recommend it.
