"We booked two rooms on one reservation. Not only were the rooms not beside each other, not on the same floor, they weren’t even in the same building. Also check in was so slow for some reason. Not sure why they don’t have things printed and keys ready before you get there. Otherwise it’s a decent place to stay. Some rooms are clearly nicer and newer than others. Great location. Breakfast was average but great view from the window of the river."

"A few hiccups with the check-in- but it was very quickly resolved, and communication with the owner was great. The apartment was in a great position and even though it was overlooking the Weatherspoons terrace, it did not disturb our nights sleep at all. The apartment had pretty much all you need, and it is very central. Parking was great. So may decent cafe's and restaurants in the vicinity, we will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to stop at Cavendish house again."

"What a fabulous stay! So unique and with so few guests staying at one time it really felt like a personised experience. With access to the animals all day and night we were able to feed the goats right up until bedtime. Collecting your eggs for brekkie was also so fun to show the kids and also tasty! We stayed for my sons 4th birthday and when we arrived a little gift and cake was there waiting, it really made the stay so special. What a great stay and experience."

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

8/10 Good
"Our stay was great, it was perfect for our one night stay to give us 2 days in Legoland, only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was no aircon, we struggled to sleep with heat and the noise (people and planes) from having windows open. I know the noise can't be helped, but with aircon would have made the world of difference to our stay. But the little touches with the lego animals were wonderful, the kids had the best time. Breakfast was lovely. The play park was ace, just needed a couple more benches for the parents. Would definitely recommend :-)"
