“Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.”

“The location was perfect. The room was nice but needs better cleaning. Its difficult to.check in as no one is at the front. I was never given instructions on how to check in until I cntacted the host multiple times and he sent it to me only when I was there. Host was pleasant to deal with on the phone. No elevators so if your room is on the 3rd floor it will be difficult for someone elderly. Overall its good and the location might be the only reason I would go back.”

"Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide slippers. Nevertheless, this didn't affect our overall experience on our stay. :)"
