"We had a group of 11 stay at the property for our son's 21st Birthday! It was fabulous! From day 1, Mark was incredibly easy to get in touch with and often times would text me with extra information he had thought of. The house is large and the lake is INCREDIBLE!!!! We opted to spend 1/2 our time on the lake and 1/2 on Broadway. The drive to/from wasn't amazing, however, was easily accessible and worth it to have the extra "quiet-non Broadway" noise and lake view day after day. The pontoon was perfect and the lake has many marinas with food and coves to cruise through. Absolutely gorgeous! Mark was flexible when the weather was hard to anticipate allowing us flexibility with our boating days. The property was plenty large enough for the 11 of us, we spent most of our time on the back patio admiring the lake views, catching fish off the shoreline. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. A spot directly out front of the property (about 200 yards) is a spot they call, "2 foot" where alot of boaters gather to hang out in the 2 feet of water- particularly busy on Summer days we here. We saw a few gathering, mostly on Sunday, it was no bother to us at all, looked super fun! We highly recommend this property to both small and large groups. There were deer al over the lake and the land was simply peaceful. Definitely recommend the boat, huge bonus."

"Check-in and check-out were very simple and painless, and the house was great for my group’s needs. Had more than enough space and beds for our party of 6. While it’s a bit far from downtown, we had no problems getting Uber rides to and from the city"

"Even though a few things occurred, it was a great experience and manager had everything taken care of and we also assisted to make it work! We loved the garage and dock so much! Kids caught fish had camp fires and enjoyed the garage when it rained! We will be back for sure. I also suggest having a way to lock bedroom doors for adults, putting a tv in the garage, checking on outdoor entertainment equipment to make sure not damaged or broken before arrival. But what a great time we had during our visit."

"The home is lovely, well-maintained and the location is perfect for enjoying the lake and the nearby Nashville attractions. The home is perfect for a large family with plenty of gathering and sleeping space. We celebrated Thanksgiving with kids and grandkids at the house and truly enjoyed our visit."

"This was a gray spot to chill on one of the outdoor decks or closer to the water on the pier. The house had everything we needed and we liked that it was accessible to some nice hikes as well as Nashville. Definitely a “ go ahead and book “ location."
