"Stayed at Jeremy’s property for a week. He was extremely responsive! Loved the outdoors around the house. Provided a nice nature feel but still close to everything. I am not usually a shower lover but the primary on the first floor shower was amazing! Loved the Dolly themed room in the basement. It was just my husband and myself, but plenty of room for anyone traveling with family. Deer sightings were just lovely when enjoying a cup of coffee outside on the deck. Thank you Jeremy!!"

"How quiet and beautiful it was"

"House was beautiful and plenty big for all of us. Host was very responsive and helpful. They noted in their book that the house is under construction/facelift during the cooler months…and we could tell. We didn’t have curtains like in the pictures for the big windows in the front of the house and you can see through the windows from outside at night. We didn’t have the pool table, like shown in the pictures or the outside seating on the third floor. We are a sports family, so Friday night we gathered around the living room to watch college gymnastics on the TV and majorly had to sit on the floor, some brought in the red chairs from the balcony (be very careful sitting in them). They have the seating for eating down pat, but not for lounging to watch sporting events or movies as a group. Couch on the 2nd floor is lovingly used, it sinks in when you sit. No laundry basket for laundry, but loved the laundry shoot thingy on each floor! Beds were decent. Do not recommend people showering at the same time. View was beautiful. Home has great potential, all the small things matter and that’s what stands out. All in all we had a great time. The house was clean and no major issues. "

"The host was outstanding. She answered any questions we had and responded quickly. The home was just as described. It was great for our large family late Christmas gathering. We highly recommend and will look to use one of her properties in the future."

"Mark was very attentive and made sure we knew where everything was in the house and told us if we needed anything to let him know. The house was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room and wonderful location for our visit to Nashville. Would stay here again. Great place and beautiful house. "
