“We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. “The Sugar Bay Resort was absolutely beautiful! We would stay here again. The view from our oceanfront room was nice. The hotel room and amenities were great. There is an elevator. There were plenty of chairs on the beach, with umbrellas. Most of the time chairs were available at the pool. There is a swim up bar at the pool! The food provided had a good variety. “Amazing hotel and great staff. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation. We had the suite with a privet pool. Our son was in it the whole time. Having laundry in the room was a bonus. The property is dated, but kept up very well.”

“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great.
