Ski Vacation

Perfect place to stay at near winter park resort! Walkable to winter park shops and restaurants. Hot tub was amazing in the roof! Fit an outback and a forerunner in the garage which was perfect to keep out of the blizzard overnight.

Amazing property!

We had a great stay in Winter Park at this condo. The property was clean, well designed and had everything we needed! The property manager was also available by phone on NYE to help with some hot tub questions. We would 💯 stay here again!

Great place near Winter Park

Great location, clean, comfortable. Only concern for us was the garage was so narrow that we couldn't use it. Choose your rental car carefully with this property. Subaru, not a Suburban. Still would stay again, highly recommend.

Awesome property, conveniently located

We had a great winter vacation with our family and kids! The property was very conveniently located, close to the ski mountain in Winter Park, close to snow tubing hills in Fraser. The property was very clean and modern, well stocked with everything needed for our 10 day stay for the whole family. I highly recommend it.

Garage is a difficult turn and you may not be able to get a full sized truck into it. Didn’t have some amenities like cooking oil.

Spring Break Ski vacation-March 7-13th 2025

There were 5 adults that stayed for a skiing vacation for 5 nights. Two couples and 1 single adults. The bunk bed was used by the single adult and the bottom bunk bed was adequate for him once he got uses to not hitting his head on the upper bunk. The hot tub on the roof top was fantastic after a full day of skiing. Getting to the slopes on the Black Line was a piece of cake by cutting through the parking lot. I suggest you be aware of the number of steps you need to climb to get to the bedrooms from the garage. There are two stair cases and they are relatively steep. I am 73 years old and in good enough shape to ski, it was a little problem for me lugging mine and my wife's suitcases up to the bedroom.We really enjoyed our stay and the location in the center of downtown Winter Park was ideal for us.

Awesome Ski Adventure

Great Host! The location is walking distance to everything in the city of Winter Park including restaurants, bars, and shopping. All basic amenities provided with the rental. Unit was very spacious and the hot tub was certainly a bonus! Would definitely stay again!

Great place and location

Stayed here with a group of guys for a guys' trip. The place was perfect for that. Scenic views from rooftop hot tub. 2 car garage. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Short walk to a lot of things, and short drive to Winter Park resort.

Zero complaints. Townhome was clean and had all of the basics that were needed for our 3 night stay. Instructions were simple and clear. Location is great-- right next to bus stop and everything you could need is within walking distance. Highly recommend.
