"Got a room with a large double bed enclosed by 3 walls. One way in. One way out. No place to put luggage unless you like the floor. Never seen a bathroom with a toilet so close to the shower I almost tripped on it twice. I guess it's great for a single as they don't have to crawl over and wake anyone to get out of bed for the bathroom during the night."

"What I like: Both room and bathroom is very large and spacious. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the beach that can be seen from the balcony, A nice balcony to sit outside at night, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by. Within walking distance to train station, Hove and Brighton beach, grocery stores, hotels and cafes. Nice helpful staff. What I didn’t like: Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and so did the pillows."

"The spa area was great and fantastic and the staff was very helpfull but the hotel staff was not as friendly even when it was not busy. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and when I asked for ice at the bar I was told that ice machine was broken for a long time."

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."
