"Excellent hotel, great room. Close to shopping centre and food options. Only downside is there was an ice dispenser outside of our family room which when used was extremely loud. Not a great location seeing as a family room usually means children or infants sleeping so the ice dispenser wakes everyone up. Perhaps move it to near the lifts?"

"Room basic but ok. Would like some water in room. Breakfast had good selection but hash browns like cardboard. Tables sticky"

"The provision of a coffee machine/ drinks being available on the hotel side at the seating area or maybe a way of ordering drinks to be served as we didn’t want to keep crossing the main road to bring drinks back."
