This is a fantastic hotel and country pub. The staff can not do enough for you. I have stayed here regularly for work and would always chose The Carrington Arms when availability allows. The food in the restaurant is always top notch and the breakfasts are equally wonderful with a wide range of options.

Excellent service, spotless, great food in pub. Avoid field view room 105 if windy, wind seems to catch the solar panels and is noisy, also a couple of pigeons up early in the morning. Not the hotels fault.

Sadly, our stay was not a great experience. The room was quite basic, the meals, apart from breakfast just average. The final issue was that my wife asked for a second coffee on both mornings, for, which, I was charged, even though, I didn't have a coffee with my breakfast. Will not be returning there.
