Spacious room with really helpful and friendly staff, way friendlier than anywhere we’ve ever stayed which means a lot when travelling with a family. Super comfy beds too. Bathroom looked brand new and breakfast was a great experience, not the semi frozen fruit l’ve experienced elsewhere. This place has a personal touch!

Staff, Dali and King and the bar staff are all brilliant, cookies and ice lollies for my son at reception is a great touch. Rooms are very spacious and well air conditioned, the grounds are great, very close to everything I need, shops and cinemas, parks all very close.

A decent hotel for a few nights stay to attend Ascot. As with most hotels in the UK thought that are based in older buildings, the recent heatwave meant the room felt stuffy, making it difficult to sleep. That being said, the staff were helpful and shower was fantastic. The hotel is within beautiful grounds, probably could do more with their incredible outside space, and also keep more on top of the cleanliness of the common areas.

Beautiful location, with great Carparking. Unfortunately I didn’t get the breakfast I paid for as they didn’t serve until after 7 and I needed to be on the road by that time so may have been my fault not treading the small print

The staff deserve a better hotel, if it was not for the welcoming staff that will cater to all our needs we would not have stayed. The hotel is dated, dirty room and communal areas, the grounds outside are not looked after and the carpets are very dirty and there is no notice that the swimming pool is closed which is a huge shame.
