"Great location, great service and excellent breakfast would recommend and return"

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. "Really comfortable stay, good room, great breakfast, wonderful hosts"

"A lovely little hotel situated near Peasholm Park. 10 minutes from North Bay and a scenic 35 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to South Bay (the more lively bay). Staff were excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. "Very nice and staff very good would stay again close to everything."
