The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"This was a true to description listing that did not disappoint. Very clean and very accurate description. Our cord tripped the fuse and the owner was not only quick to fix but he was kind enough to leave us a new converter that worked! Very responsive and we highly recommend this property. "Lovely modern hotel with fantastic views, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was fantastic quality and served in a buffet style with plenty of variety. We ate at the Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant which was beyond amazing, a great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was delicious with a great choice of wine too. The only two issues which were "annoying" was the open access to the Restaurant / bar area, whilst sat eating I counted at least 30 tracksuit wearing kids simply coming up to look out of the balcony; and secondly the access of UBER, this may not be the hotels fault but never the less it was a huge annoyance, you have to walk 5 minuets up the road to be picked up, it was warm and sunny this morning so OK but if it were raining this would not work. I know this is a mixed opinion, but if they sort the UBER / Taxi access and limit entrance to the roof to "paying guests / diners" then you have a 10 out of 10 location / hotel / restaurant."
