“This was a very quiet place to stay, in a good location to explore Cambridge & the fens around there. The village itself was great, with a fantastic restaurant (Lot25) and an incredibly interesting church in terms of interior. I was on a long weekend with a good chum, and we had two rooms opposite each other. “Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This……

“The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight”

“Room Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay. No bottled water in room. Booking before I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. In another word, a studio does not have 2 beds. ”
