"The bed was comfy enough to sleep in and the staff members were super friendly, but everything else was terrible. The room looked clean at first, but then we noticed how dirty the shower was and there was lint balls in our sheets. The walls were thin enough to hear conversations. The biggest disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping. Even asking for a fresh set of towels was an extra fee. It definitely felt cheap."

"The Westin is always such a delight to stay at. Always clean, feel at home and welcome. Staff is friendly and the managers are always there to great you and make you feel welcome. I will stay here and here again, I will try for a balcony next time "
