“You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet……

“This cabin is all about LOCATION. The view was incredible, but the beds and cabin, not so much. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was rusting. The bathroom didn't have a working vent fan. There were only 3 towels for 4 guests.
But the location was wonderful. Looking over the beach, which was just out the door and across the parking lot. We only stayed for one night, but it was worth every penny.”

“We liked this place so much we added an extra night. Great location with beach access, nice courtyard with fireplaces, great pool room, laundry facility, game room and pleasant staff. Would recommend! They have a restaurant in the same parking lot MIST but we didn’t try it, mattresses could use an update but not too bad ”
