「Had a lovely stay in the hotel. Location is awesome, the staff were very friendly and welcoming; a special thank you for the birthday treat waiting for me in my room after check-in. I only had one night, I just wish I could have stayed longer」

「Good point:
1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge
2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors.
Bad points:
1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner.
2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself.
