That was almost no chance to check in when I arrived at 11:30 pm. I was tired and just wanted to sleep. But police helped to check in.

Needs some TLC

The first room had an odor and was causing my wife's allergies to kick in. The manager worked with us to find another room. It is evident that some room remodeling has been taking place, but some of the painting still needed to be finished. Housekeeping is average. We felt the room cost was a fair value. The location is close to the center of town and offered easy access to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs pools and the hanging bridge over the river.

Nice staff but don't stay here

The hotel.com rate was double what the hotel charges and the desk clerk was nice enough to charge us that rate. The key to the room didn't fit the lock so they had to run and have a new key made. The room was small, dark, uncomfortable beds, noisy AC. Wifi kept cutting out. No breakfast as was advertised on hotels.com. No hair dryer.

At check-in there was no one in the office...…..it was locked!! A Mexican guy came over to ask if we were looking for a room. He would call somebody...……….which he did. The person on the other end said her daughter was supposed to be in the office, but she must have gone home! They had supposedly lost their computer and all the cash to somebody and "didn't know we were coming with our online reservation". We said no thanks and found another hotel!! Expedia should delete this offering for sure!!!!!!!

Unfortunate circumstances

Office closes at 6 pm. I arrived at 7, called and got voicemail. Eventually someone came who opened the office, only to find their computers had been stolen several days before. They may eventually recover from this disaster, but please mop the floors and clean the ac so it doesn't smell like mildew.

We believe this location was a very good value. It shows it's age a bit, but was clean and you could see that maintenance was being improved. Amenities and linen were well supplied. Staff was friendly and proactive in ensuring we had the information we needed for a late check-in. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, but we didn't think it was a problem given the reasonable cost. We would stay again.

Once upon a time in Thermopolis

Good location, manager forgot to give me wifi password, by the time I went to get it hours later the office had closed, and ice machine is also in office. Got the wifi password from another guest, worked well. Breakfast was not up to chain hotels' standards so don't expect much. Otherwise a nice stay, older but clean and beds were good and comfortable. Good price for the location.

Stay here you will love it

This place was wonderful and if we were in town for more than 1 day we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The owner really makes you feel welcomed and appreciates your business. We strongly recommend to stay here rather than anyother locations available in town.

We drove up to the motel and wasn’t sure. It’s not great looking. Once in the room it was clean and doable for a one nighter. Breakfast was good. Front desk people were nice.

I loved my stay in Thermopolis in general, and especially at the Fountain of Youth Inn. The staff member there was extremely friendly and helpful, and the inn was right downtown, near restaurants and not far from the state park.

Pretty good if you're just passing through

It was worth the $44.00. Clean, you can tell they are trying. Very friendly office people. It was a little startling that the breakfast/donuts?coffee wasn't till 8:30? Parking isn't the best.

The manager is wonderful - truly cares about the guests. Gave great advice about places to visit, etc. The property is in the process of being renovated so it is a bit of a "diamond in the rough" right now but don't pass it by. Our room was very clean and there is free wi-fi. It's in a great location, very safe and convenient to many things. The continental breakfast was an extremely pleasant surprise!!!! Fresh and delicious, lots of choices. If we are ever in the area again, this is where we will stay.

This is a budget place that is showing its age. Good location, but Thermopolis is small so all the locations are good. The front desk clerk was friendly, but we did not receive any maid service, there was only one light in our room so it was very dark. The breakfast was mediocre.

Aardig motel met zeer vriendelijk personeel

Het motel,Zier er verschrikkelojk uit als je aankomst, maarvde opgeknapte kamers zijn okay, managers erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Als de buitenkant en met name de trappen naar boven opgeknapt worden is het een aardig motel, en de afvalcontainer die nu pal in het zicht staat moet daar echt weg.

Family Vacation

The stay was pleasant, everything was clean and orderly. The king sized bed was comfortable with an array of pillows and wonderful sheets. My only issues i had was that the fridge in the room did not work but the TV worked fine as did the microwave. The staff were pleasant and treated you like family. The WiFi was amazing, fast and available all the time.

The property and the manager was good. Expedia's customer service sucked getting our reservation to the hotel. So therefore we did not get the room that we had reserved. But luckily the manager and front desk was able to get us in a room and put up for the night.
