“At nearly $500 for the night I expected way more as my family generally stays at home2suites with much better results at a fraction of this, but guess it is all about location. Room was on the 4th floor and we had a very difficult time getting the kids asleep due to the very rowdy and loud group outside going well past 11 p.m. Breakfast was very poor considering the typical options offered at the other home2suites we have visited. So all in all I give this a very poor experience but a high……

“Our reservation was a for 3 but resources in the room were for 2. Service was great. Rom was ok, but communication and preparation was weak.”

“The location is great. The conditions of the hotel, not so much. Our sheets looked slept in, hair everywhere and very wrinkly. The ice container had water in it with hair and food floating in it. The lobby smelled moldy. I was told by a local that the hotel is in a transition phase with switching owners. Hopefully it will improve because the location it amazing!”

“The front desk staff was excellent. Very warm and welcoming! Our room didn’t have any bath towels, and the line at the front desk was too long to wait in so we just used hand towels. The pool area was pretty dirty, and the bathroom was a little run down. This hotel did the job but definitely could use updates.”

“When I put in the search for amenities I specified I wanted a pool and this hotel did not have a pool. The smoke from the Canada fires were so bad the hotel smelled like smoke. I was not a good trip we couldn't even go to the beach due to the smoke and not having a pool was a complete disappointment!”

“Waited a good 10 minutes at 6pm for someone to help me at the front desk. I was in the lobby all by myself. It didn’t seem like the hotel was very busy. It would have been appreciated to get a room with a better view, if available. I didn’t find the staff overly friendly or helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they water theirs down. Tub/shower combo. Nice separate kitchen and living space. There’s a decent restaurant across the parking lot, Hopscotch and a……

“For being on a busy main road the room was very quiet. The young ladies worked hard to keep everything clean. I very much liked the facility. The only negative was the large volume of automated messages I received.”
