「We didnt even get to our room as at reception we were requested to leave our bank card as a "deposit", because of this, I will be expecting a full refund. The place was disgusting and photos on your website are misleading.」

Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful.」

I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. 「Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!」
