There is a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen (at the sink and refrigerator (ice/water)) and a whole home filtration system! Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the private deck overlooking the sound which can be accessed through the living room. The bedroom on the main floor has one queen-sized bed and one twin-sized bed. The master suite is located on the top floor and has a king-sized bed with a private deck and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is also located on the top floor and has a queen-sized bed.
Included: WIFI, Cable/Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. Four bikes, a beach buggy, chairs, a crab pot, and a propane grill are provided for your enjoyment. Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the grill. Propane tanks are provided but may not always be full. This home is not pet-friendly.

The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citations. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year-round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check-in.
The community pool is usually open from mid-May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
