「5 on 5 for sheer convenience. Directly backs to Wrightsville beach. 1-2 min walk. 1 on 5 for wifi: wifi would not work inside our room. 1 on 5 for cleanliness of room: you could feel sand on the floor on your bare feet inside the suite . It wasnt vacuumed throughly (best bet - rented out back to back without cleaning). There was the odor of “old wet towels” throughout suite. It’s definitely not the ocean air. The suite needed to have been aired sufficiently. May be run a heater to remove...

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The property was newly renovated and very clean. Pool was clean and maintained daily. The hotel is convenient to the beach. The lobby is not staffed for the majority of the time. There was no room service the three days during our stay. Towels were not kept in stock at the pool. When asked for fresh towels a staff member said they would bring some but never did.」

「Loved the view. Loved the staff. The area was great and even parking lot is tight it was safe and secure.」

「The room was amazingly clean for a beach front property. While some aspects of the property are a little dated, it did not detract from the wonderful opportunity to stay on the beach. The only real issue was the very low toilet, which for older folks might be a potential problem. Communication with the virtual front desk was always pleasant and friendly. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return.」

「1 bed Queen Suite was roomy and arranged well. Kitchen had all the basics you need. I liked the full size fridge and microwave instead of the typical dorm size appliances many other hotels offer. The room was also very clean.」
