"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "
