「Although room look a bit dated but everything works as expected.」

「Love the spacious room and cosy atmosphere. The hotel is at a quiet spot which is easily accessible by free airport shuttle and driving. Great value for money.」

「The hotel appears nice, clean and well maintained from the lobby area. However one section of rooms (garden I believe) is very much run down and in bad condition compared to the rest of the hotel. This wasn’t evident in the photos or explained at any point. Bed was clean, but that’s about the only positive from the experience. Onsen was very nice.」

「The lavatory and shower room is separated. We cannot put dirty and clean clothes inside the shower room and it is very inconvenient. It is better to change the shower room to bathtub and combine with the closet as on room.. The laundry service is good with 3 machines. The JR station nearby is not convenient for large luggage. There is only stairs for going up and down.」

「Good」

「Clean and tidy rooms, free shuttle to the airport, buffet breakfast with wide varieties of food. Im a big fan of onsen and public bath. There is a paid public bath (550 yen) at the basement which is rare in airport hotels, but the last entry is 2130.」

「Great hotel! Will definitely visit again.」
