「We would strongly recommend that you stay in this guest house if you are in Matsumato. It is historic and ideally positioned in an older part of town. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was large, comfortable and extremely clean, with an excellent bathroom. 」

「由入住一刻已經超貼心，行李箱會清潔😩先送到房，安排在房間坐下飲茶再慢慢講解酒店，男女混浴溫泉很特別很大，女仕會有特別安排不用擔心走光，食物有水準很好吃，員工很貼心又細心，住宿經驗超好，遇上紅葉季節非常美麗」

「nice environment, nice staffs, try the best to use limited English to introduce the dinner and breakfast, very good experience. however, location is far from main street. not convenient for shopping. 」

「The property is small and lovely. The juxtaposition of the noisy chaos of Tokyo, with this relaxing oasis was just what we needed. The staff were so helpful and communicative. The food was delicious and the private onsens were absolutely beautiful. There isn’t much to do in the area but we didn’t mind because the hotel itself is hard to leave. 」

「A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.」

「房東太太跟先生都很客氣,房子非常乾淨,早餐由老闆親自煮,非常好吃, 溫泉是小溫泉,我們去的時候人很少,所以我們自己家人輪流去還不錯, 但人多時可能需要排隊,洗澡地方也不大,小小間, 整體來說非常好,謝謝」

「酒店坐落諏訪湖邊, 景色雖好但同時太近馬路, 車聲太多, 晚上都有很多車經過, 大大影響了整個環境. 食物方面尚可, 不過份量太多, 略為浪費. 員工服務態度都好好, 房內的私人溫泉及淋浴設施都滿意 整體來說, 這個價錢的話可以有其他更好的選擇」
