"A spacious villa for our family of 5 with 2 beds and a few tatami. There’s a small private osen outside the bathroom. A kettle and simple eating utensils are provided. Location is convenient in terms of access to convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Very happy with our stay!"

"Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. "The room was very large and had 2 floors, which we can choose either to sleep on normal single bed or futon. It also had two restrooms which was good if you travel with the group. The hotel served us simple breakfast with breads, veggie soup, juices & coffee at the room which was very nice although it was a bit too much for us. A few cons here would be the location of each room which is uphill and it wasn't pleasant to drag all heavy luggage to the room while check out time was a bit too early...

"As soon as you open the door you smell the mold! This should not be a rental as it cannot be safe to stay in. You can see the mold seeping through the walls (I have pucs if needed) and the smell is terrible! Communication was difficult prior to check in."
