「The hotel was great. The staff are so unbelievably helpful and lovely. Whoever the owner is should do all they can to keep the staff they have, they are nothing short of fantastic. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner once too and we were really happy. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the free shuttle in the evening to town. We walked back twice but it was also easy to get a Didi taxi. Highly recommend this place.」

「We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything.
