“When we checked in we had a hand towel and a washcloth. There were long black hairs all over the bed. Spots on the sheets and not well made. Looked like sheets hadn't been changed for a week. I asked for bath towels and they said laundry would do some in the morning. My husband showered using hand towel and the tub was plugged and long black hairs came out of drain.
