“I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave……

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The coffees were delicious!”

“Great stay here - fantastic for the price paid”

“The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. We stayed for two nights and noticed that the breakfast selection changed by about 50–60% between the two mornings. You’ll need to ask for tea or specialty coffee, such as espresso or……

“Excellent experience! The grounds were beautiful, amenities unmatched, the room was immaculate and well stocked, the service was absolutely above and beyond! Great place to spend my 50th birthday. I was adequately spoiled!”

“This is the hotel which is worth visiting again. It has the beautiful view. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is very simple but delicious.”

“Great place to stay. There was an accident in the area so the electricity gone out but the staffs were really helpful.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh……

“What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏”

“Stunning pool view”

“Staff was extremely helpful”

“Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less.”
